Ethical Testing Procedures. This course reviews required procedures for administering all state-mandated and district-mandated assessments.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-12 Recommended Time: 1 Hour

SAGE Summative Assessment Training. This course reviews USBE procedural details required to successfully administer SAGE Summative assessments.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-12 Recommended Time: 2 Hours

SAGE Summative Assessment Training (Coordinator). This course reviews USBE procedural details for how to manage SAGE Summative assessments at the school level.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-12 Recommended Time: 4 Hours

SAGE Benchmark Training. This course reviews USBE procedures for administering SAGE Benchmark assessments.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-12 Recommended Time: 1 Hour

SAGE Interim training. This course reviews how to successfully administer SAGE Interim assessments at the classroom level.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-12 Recommended Time: 1 Hour

DIBELS test administration on the iPad. This course trains DIBELS test administrators how to correctly use the mCLASS system on an iPad to administer DIBELS. Prior knowledge of DIBELS is recommended.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-12 Recommended Time: 3-4 Hours

Assessment Design Workshop. This course trains teachers on basic assessment design concepts. Teachers produce or review an assessment during the workshop that adheres to best practices.
Recommended Grade Level: PK-12 Recommended Time: Two 6-Hour Sessions

Assessment Design Mini-Workshop. This presentation is a brief overview of the five steps to assessment design.
Recommended Grade Level: PK-12 Recommended Time: 1 Hour

SAGE data review. This course facilitates a review of SAGE data with school teacher teams. Teachers will explore ORS and use protocols to ask questions and find trends in their data.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-12 Recommended Time: 2-4 Hours

Data Dump (cross-listed with Curriculum). An assessment specialist teams with a content administrator to present this training. For each SAGE content area, school teams will review the SAGE blueprint for the relevant tested area, Utah state comparison data, historical comparison data and school comparison data. Then, school-level teams will be guided through an analysis of school-level data.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-12 Recommended Time: 2-4 Hours

ACT test administration. This training is designed for testing coordinators for the ACT test. Training for ACT test administration is provided by ACT and the state starting in November, but it is recommended that any new ACT test coordinator receive this 1-hour overview of responsibilities early in the school year.
Recommended Grade Level: 10-12 Recommended Time: 1 Hour

AAPPL test administration. This course trains teachers or other test administrators how to successfully administer AAPPL tests on the LTI platform.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-9 Recommended Time: 1 Hour

UT Compose Introduction. This training introduces teachers to UT Compose, an online writing and scoring platform. The training covers teacher and student account administration, and how to use UT Compose to bolster writing instruction.
Recommended Grade Level: 3-12 Recommended Time: 1 Hour

US Civics test administration. This training reviews how to administer the US Civics test online using UTIPS. Teachers will be able to log in as a demo student and try the test.
