11/11 - A.S.P.E.N. Full Certification (In-Person)

The ASPEN Training Modules are designed to engage educators and practitioners in the applications of positive psychology, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) in the school setting.

At the end of the course (7 modules in total), attendees will:

• Understand the roots of aggression in children.
• Jettison ineffective and harmful practices.
• Understand where their respective school/district stands in an MTSS framework, (and build from there).
• Apply principles of positive psychology like RICH Theory and Flow in behavior programming for students.
• Review and apply principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
• Incorporate components of optimistic teaming and leadership.
